At Jesus Image Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
